New name and exciting times coming soon…

AutoCAD 360

The AutoCAD WS team is excited. Very excited. So excited, in fact, that we can hardly contain ourselves!

A little over two years ago, we started on a mission: to make it easier for you to access and share AutoCAD files—wherever you are. And we’ve been blown away by the overwhelming response and positive feedback our AutoCAD WS web and mobile apps have received.

While we’re happy with what we’ve been able to accomplish, there’s so much more we want to do. Since our last release, we’ve been hard at work in our software labs. And coming very soon we’ll have some cool new things to share with you, which we think you’re going to love.

So what’s with the name change?

Some of you may know Autodesk has been building a family of web and mobile apps designed to work together, which we call our “360” family. Given our exciting upcoming news, we feel it’s a good time to formally bring AutoCAD WS into that 360 family. And that’s how “AutoCAD 360” was born!

OK, so enough about us. We’ve been talking a lot about cool changes coming soon. We won’t divulge the details just yet, but if you want to be among the first to know what’s new, simply sign up below for up-to-date information!

And remember: Your input has—and will always be—crucial to what we create. And soon you’ll see just how your input has helped shape the evolution of the platform. It’ll just be a lil’ longer, so stay tuned!

With AutoCAD WS, you can use your mobile device to take your designs with you to the site, take notes, collaborate with designers in the office, make changes, and sync it all back. Save your drawings to Autodesk 360 and with AutoCAD WS, all your designs are safely stored and synced between your tablet, phone, and desktop computer so you can access them anywhere.
